About me

Talia is a Melbourne-based speech pathologist with more than 15 years experience working in health and disability with adults with acquired neurological conditions.

Talia has worked across Melbourne in private and public hospitals in acute, sub-acute, outpatient and community settings, and in private community-based practice.

Talia has established herself as a community-based speech pathologist for the past 10 years, and is known for her kind and honest approach. She has extensive experience supporting adults with traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and dementia. Talia believes in supporting people to do what they love in life, centred around their communication and swallowing needs.

Talia feels strongly about supporting other speech pathologists in community neuro to be the best they can be, and also offers personalised supervision and mentoring services.

Talia provides in-home, community based and telehealth speech pathology services to adults living with:

Speech Pathology

In-home and telehealth services are offered for adults living with traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

Services include assessment and ongoing therapy for:

  • Swallowing

  • Speech

  • Language

  • Cognitive-communication

  • Voice

LSVT LOUD is available both in-person and via telehealth.

Supervision and mentoring

Talia offers mentoring and supervision to speech pathologists across all stages of their career.

Talia has a passion for supporting early career clinicians in both their clinical skills growth as well as professional skills including verbal and written communication, organisation and time management, and career development and planning.
